Just wanted to thank you so much for the beautiful cake you baked for my daughter's christening. It was a hit...everyone loved the taste and couldn't believe how fresh and moist it tasted. It all went including the spare cake and there was none to take home. I got them to cut the slices a little larger that coffee portions but people were going for seconds and thirds. I told my sister to get you to make her wedding cake in Oct. People loved the orange and poppyseed and caramel mud the best but to me the choc mud just melted in my mouth!
