I have spent most of my working life in the food and hospitality industry. My real passion for baking however, started when I was just a little girl, creating "masterpieces" and making a mess in mum's kitchen on school holidays and most weekends.

I have enjoyed making cakes ever since but baking for 2 people was only making my husband and I fat, so I decided to bake for my family and friends and make them fat too! With the recent birth of our darling baby daughter I found myself with more time on my hands (luckily Jade is a good sleeper!), so I trained up my cake decorating skills and launched Ladybird Cakes! ladybird2

Weddings, engagements, kids birthdays, anniverseries, my mother-in-law's 60th birthday - you name it, I've baked it! So whatever the event, trust Ladybird Cakes to mark the occasion in style.
